Seasons Jarabacoa: choose your apartment

One, two or three bedrooms: a practical look at layouts, outdoor space and prices for your life in Jarabacoa.

At a glance

Seasons of Jarabacoa presents one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting at US$139,000, US$219,000 and US$269,000 respectively. Block 1 has 18 homes across three residential levels. Compare layout, outdoor space and level first, then confirm the availability and written terms of a specific unit.

Choosing an apartment in Jarabacoa is not just a matter of counting bedrooms. It is also about where you would have your first coffee, how comfortably family could visit, and whether a weekend place would still feel right after a longer stay. Those ordinary details can tell you more than a page of polished adjectives.

Seasons of Jarabacoa gives that conversation a useful starting point: three distinct apartment layouts. We reviewed the official model pages, plans and individual unit listings to explain what changes between them. This is not an on-site construction report or a forecast of rental returns. It is a way to narrow your choices before asking for the details that matter to you.

One bedroom: your own place, without extra rooms

If you usually travel alone or as a couple, a second bedroom may matter less than a comfortable living area and a balcony you actually use. The one-bedroom model at Seasons works at that scale: approximately 75 m² inside, one full bathroom and a separate 4.5 m² private balcony. The precise enclosed measurement published for each unit is 74.88 m². It includes walls, rather than representing the sum of usable room areas.

An island kitchen connects with the living and dining area, while the bedroom remains separate. Picture an ordinary stay: making breakfast, answering a few emails, heading into town and returning to a place of your own. If that sounds close to your plans, this is a sensible model to start with. The published base price is US$139,000 on the first and second levels.

Two bedrooms: when another door makes a difference

A second bedroom earns its place when children visit, another couple stays over, or you need to separate work from sleep. In this model, the change is more than one additional room. There are two full bathrooms and 110 m² of enclosed area, plus a 4.5 m² balcony.

The living room, dining area and kitchen still form one open space, so spending time together does not require moving between separate rooms. The useful question is how often you would use the extra bedroom, and how the full budget fits the time you expect to spend here. The published base price is US$219,000. Third-level homes have a different asking price.

Three bedrooms: the terrace changes the choice

The most interesting difference in the three-bedroom model is not simply the bedroom count. These homes occupy the ends of the block, adding a 30 m² wraparound terrace to 135 m² of enclosed space. They also have three full bathrooms. That combination offers a different balance for families who enjoy being together but still value a private place to rest.

Think about a long lunch, an evening conversation outside, or having guests without bringing every shared activity indoors. That is the practical distinction between this terrace and the balconies on the smaller models. The published base price is US$269,000. Look at the specific unit plan before choosing: the terrace sits on opposite sides in the left- and right-corner homes.

The same model is not the same apartment

Block 1 has six apartments on each of three residential levels. Each floor contains two one-bedroom homes, two two-bedroom homes and two three-bedroom homes. That repetition makes comparison easier, but height, position and mirrored orientation still distinguish one address from another.

Save specific unit codes rather than only saying that you like the two-bedroom model. B1-102 and B1-105 share a model, for example, but one has the standard layout and the other is mirrored. Our Todo Jarabacoa listings preserve the orientation used on the original unit page and link directly to it, so you can check the relevant plan and explore the rooms in context.

Reading the prices without missing a detail

A starting price is the entry point for a model, not the price of every apartment in the building. The official site applies a third-level premium of US$100 per measured interior square metre, excluding the balcony. The individual pages we reviewed show US$146,488 for one bedroom, US$230,000 for two and US$282,500 for three on that level. We use the unit prices, rather than calculating from rounded headline areas.

Availability is a separate question. At our October 28, 2026 review, B1-106 was marked sold and the other 17 homes said confirm availability. Reservation promotions for unrelated properties should not be carried over to Seasons. Request the reservation amount, payment schedule and any financing options in writing for the apartment you are considering.

Look at the lifestyle, then ask how it will work

The planned facilities include a swimming pool, two tennis courts, gym, restaurant and clubhouse. The project website also presents a golf practice space and a dog garden. For someone who would enjoy staying within the development on quieter afternoons, these places may matter as much as another bedroom.

They are proposed amenities, not completed facilities certified by this guide. Ask what will be operating when your home is delivered, who will manage it, and what access or maintenance will cost. One detail worth noting from the official site: the restaurant and sports facilities are intended to welcome outside visitors as well as residents and their guests. Do not assume every facility will be residents-only.

Try an ordinary morning on the floorplan

Open the dimensioned plan and mentally walk through a normal morning. Could someone sleep while another person prepares breakfast? How do visitors reach the bathroom? Would the outdoor space work for what you hope to do there? Furnished images make a design easier to imagine; the plan lets you check dimensions, access and circulation.

Next, ask for the delivery specifications, proposed completion date, maintenance costs, assigned parking and use rules. If renting is part of your plan, confirm the applicable rules, management services and their costs before relying on that use. An attractive rendering does not establish rental permission or future income. It also does not confirm that furniture, appliances or decoration are included in the price.

A useful shortlist can start with two unit codes

You do not need to settle every question in the first conversation. Choose two homes that interest you, note what draws you to each, and explain how many people would normally stay. That is enough to request a useful comparison of level, layout, current price and the next practical steps.

Our project page brings together the three models and all 18 numbered homes. Each listing links back to the original Seasons page for floorplans and additional views. You can also request information through Todo Jarabacoa's form or WhatsApp at 954-516-1773. The point is to make the next conversation about an apartment that fits the way you actually want to live.
