Jarabacoa
Terms of use
Clear terms for using Todo Jarabacoa, interpreting property information, sending requests, and communicating with advisors.
Effective date: June 19, 2026.
1. Acceptance. By using Todo Jarabacoa or AboutJarabacoa, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or send requests through its forms or contact channels.
2. Purpose of the site. Todo Jarabacoa provides real estate information, Jarabacoa content, buyer coordination, availability requests, private showing coordination, advisor communications, and follow-up organization. The site is not the final purchase contract, does not replace professional review, and does not provide legal, tax, financial, banking, valuation, surveying, insurance, or technical inspection services.
3. Property information. Prices, availability, size, areas, services, roads, views, features, furnishings, payment options, starting amounts, timelines, and conditions may change. Public information helps buyers compare options, but it is not a final offer or promise of sale. Before making decisions, request current written confirmation from an authorized advisor or the relevant representative.
4. Images, maps, and visual materials. Photos, videos, maps, floor plans, renderings, conceptual images, and descriptive text are published to guide comparison. Where applicable, the site may label whether an image is real, conceptual, or reference material. Before relying on a visual material, request the current version and written confirmation of what the property includes.
5. Requests, showings, and payment paths. Sending a request, asking for a private showing, or requesting a guided path does not by itself create a purchase, obligation, approval, exclusivity, or availability assurance. Any payment, starting amount, account, schedule, or next step must be confirmed in writing through the channel indicated by Todo Jarabacoa or the authorized representative. Do not send money to accounts or people that have not been confirmed in writing through an approved channel.
6. Proper use. You agree to provide truthful information, use the site lawfully, and not attempt unauthorized access, fraud, spam, mass extraction, unauthorized commercial copying, technical interference, harmful code, impersonation, or use of information for unlawful purposes.
7. Communications and electronic records. You agree that forms, consent boxes, emails, messages, calls, internal notes, and site records may be used as operating evidence of requests, contact permissions, and follow-up. You may ask us to stop non-essential follow-up, subject to records that must be kept for operating, accounting, contractual, security, or legal reasons.
8. Professional review. For formal decisions, we recommend reviewing documents, legal status, taxes, financing, surveying, inspection, contracts, and other conditions with qualified professionals you trust. Todo Jarabacoa may help organize questions and follow-up, but the final decision belongs to the buyer and the buyer's advisors.
9. Intellectual property. Trademarks, logo, design, text, photographs, videos, databases, code, and other site content belong to Todo Jarabacoa, its licensors, or the parties that authorized their use. You may review content for personal real estate search purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, mass-extract, or commercially use it without written permission.
10. External links and services. The site may link to maps, messaging, payments, social media, documents, or third-party pages. Those services have their own terms and policies. Todo Jarabacoa does not control every third-party content item, change, availability, or practice.
11. Site availability and liability limit. We work to keep the site useful, clear, and available, but there may be errors, interruptions, changes, or information received from third parties that needs updating. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Todo Jarabacoa will not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, decisions made without current written confirmation, or acts of third parties outside its reasonable control.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Dominican Republic, except for mandatory rights that may apply by law. The parties will first try to resolve any concern in good faith by contacting info@todojarabacoa.com. If unresolved, the competent courts or authorities of the Dominican Republic will apply, as appropriate.
13. Changes. We may update these terms when the site, services, or operating practices change. The effective date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
