1. Who operates this site. Todo Jarabacoa operates the Todo Jarabacoa and AboutJarabacoa websites as a real estate information, buyer-coordination, and request-management platform for properties in Jarabacoa. 2. Scope. This policy applies when you use the website, forms, private showing requests, advisor tools, chatbot, calls, messages, email, or any communication related to Todo Jarabacoa.

3. Data we may receive. We may receive contact details such as name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp, preferred language, city, or country when you share them. We may also receive search details such as budget, property type, property code or link, preferred area, ideal visit date, showing preferences, message content, and any document, photo, or information you choose to provide.

4. Technical data and analytics.
